Join us on Saturday, October 22nd at 5:30 pm for an evening with Dennis Schatz. Dennis is a Senior Fellow for the Institute of Learning Innovation, Past President of the National Science Teaching Association, and former Senior Advisor to Seattle’s Pacific Science Center. He will be presenting on the value of informal education in support of formal classroom learning and holding a discussion on quality learning experiences and effective programming.
After the presentation stick around for an informal meet and greet happy hour with refreshments and an opportunity to continue the discussion. This event is for both informal and formal educators, and all are welcome. (This is a 21+ event is free, but RSVP is required.)
