Museum announces regular performances of its MegaZapper Electrical Show!

With an explosion of thunder, the 4 million volt MegaZapper releases giant 10 foot arcs of purple lightning, captivating visitors at the Spark Museum of Electrical Invention in Bellingham, WA.

The highly acclaimed, 40 minute MegaZapper Electrical Show will be presented at 2:30 p.m. every Saturday and Sunday --children under the age of 5 are encouraged not to attend, as part of the show, though safe, can be suddenly very loud.

"The Show has been a vision of ours for many years, and we are thrilled to finally make it a reality," said John Jenkins, Spark Museum President. "It is sort of Franklin meets Frankenstein - science reality meets science fiction fun." Elements of the Show include a variety of eye-popping machines reminiscent of Frankenstein's laboratory. The centerpiece is a fantastic Lightning Cage designed and built by world-renowned Steampunk sculptor Ric Allen.

Following each Show, for a donation, visitors age 18 or over will be invited to enter the lightning cage while the cage is bombarded with 4 Million volts of electricity.
